shipping & delivery
processing time
every order is individually packed by hand with care. please allow 4 - 7 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.
shipping options
you may choose between tracked or untracked shipping. please note that for untracked shipments, the customer assumes full responsibility in case of loss or delay.

note: delays may occur during holidays, special events, or due to customs processing. while i ensure prompt dispatch, i am not responsible for delays caused by the postal service once the package is in their care.
customs & duties
for orders shipped outside switzerland, additional taxes, customs duties, or handling fees may apply. these charges are determined by your country's customs office and are the customer's responsibility. i have no control over these additional costs.
order not received
if your order has not arrived within the announced timeframe, please contact me by e-mail and don't forget to mention your order number. i will do my best to assist you. however, please note that i cannot be held responsible for loss or delays occurring after the package has been handed over to the postal service.
damaged package
every order is protected with rigid cardboard backing and labeled "do not bend" to ensure maximum protection. unfortunately, mishandling by the postal service is beyond my control.
kindness is always appreciated when reaching out, and i will do my utmost to help sort things out.
returns & cancellation
customers residing in switzerland and international
i currently do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind or ordering errors. all sales are final due to the handmade nature of the products.
exceptions: if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, i will offer a replacement or refund upon proof (photos).
customers residing in the european union (eu)
in accordance with eu law, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. you may return the product for a full refund without giving a reason, provided the item is in its original condition (unused, with packaging). return shipping costs are borne by the customer. personalized products (e.g., custom names) are exempt from this right.
